Etsuko stands outside of the Red Gym, presumably during a break from her training exercises. She looks up toward the sky with a far away smile, chuckling a little.
Etsuko: What do I want?
She seems to find it funny again even after repeating the question that's been asked of her.
Etsuko: Well, there are many things I would want, Miss. Jacqui. Things such as only having to answer this question once. However, history has shown that you will only be the first of many who believe they can “free me from my bondage” with a wide variety of insults toward myself and the woman who rescued me from obscurity.
Etsuko turns and tilts her head back toward the camera giving it a friendly smile.
Etsuko: Miss. Jacqui, it is not that I did not respect your views of my position, it is that I did not care for your approach. I understand that you are trying in making yourself as a “bitch” so it is clear that your caring side lacks a certain...finesse. Straight to the point that it can be a tad confusing whenever you decide to use it. You do not care that I, like many others in GPW, have been sent out of a job yet you curse the very being of how I acquire another? You use Miss. Red as an example of who I should be when you know Miss. Red had fewer liberties than I at the end of her career. She was bound, masked, and kept in a cage, Miss. Jacqui. Is that the freedom you are arguing I should take?
It doesn't sound like a nice one.
Etsuko: So what I want, Miss. Jacqui, is for you and people like you to cease questioning my allegiance toward my Goddess. I do not care if you do not respect it, I will not change taking orders from someone I hold dear because you are giving me orders to stop.
She seems dead serious about that.
Etsuko: However, that is not all I want. I also want to acknowledge the vast amount of kindness that has been given to me by my Goddess, the second chance to fight in Her name. Miss. Jacqui, you are the first stepping stone toward that goal. I will become Seishan's first Champion. Not just that, but you will be the first to feel the full force of the Red Lady will and you will find just how weak and pathetic you are against it.
Etsuko rolls her head back to face ahead of her at the city of Osaka off in the distance.
Etsuko: Miss. Jacqui, know that I am not all upset at you. If you wish it, after defeating you, I will speak with my Goddess, I will ask that She open an ear to your pleas. For Her wraith is not something to face twice.
Etsuko gives the camera a final glance before turning and making her way back inside of the Red Gym.
