Darkness consumes the screen followed by the noise of approaching footsteps. A steel door raises bringing in a ray of light to objects covered in a shroud of dust. Nikki and Etsuko look inside as the former reaches her hand in all the while whispering to herself.
Nikki: Red Lady bless this home with your light.
Nikki flicks on the switch cascading the room in fluorescent light humming from the rafters. A dusty old gym that has never heard the sounds of a persons footsteps in years now home to the young ring competitor and her trainer. Once the two have finished taking in the marvel that is the gift from their Goddess, they press their hands together in unison and bow their heads in prayer.
Nikki & Etsuko: Bless us, our Goddess, thy gift is well received.
Nikki: A shelter for your worship.
Etsuko: A home for your followers.
Nikki & Etsuko: We shall not stray from your path. Amen.
The two remain in their prayer pose a moment longer before Nikki comes out of it to stretch out her arms while Etsuko seems to be adding her own private prayer toward the end of it prior to opening her eyes back up to the dusty gym.
Nikki: Our Goddess has truly blessed us with a new home so close to your new work, Etsuko.
Etsuko: Our Goddess has, Miss. Nikki.
Nikki: It would certainly be a shame if Her kindness were disregarded and ignored.
Etsuko: Why would I ever do such a thing?
Nikki: Then you guarantee victory in this tournament of yours?
Etsuko: I guarantee that I will fight for the honour of the Red Lady. I...will admit, I was drawn away from Her light, but now it guides me back. Miss. Jacqui will feel the full warmth of it and burn like her charred career.

Etsuko gives a stiff bow and hurries on into the gym in preparation for her debut. Nikki watches her with a smile before shutting the heavy metal door to the outside world.
