ENTRANCE INFORMATION
-------------------------------
Entrance Music:
'Me wo Tojite Gyusshiyo' by ABCHO
Entrance Description:
As the opening riffs and snares to "Me wo Tojite Gyusshiyo" sounds out, the lights darken save for two spotlights shining on the ramp. On the curtain to backstage is a silhouette of two female figures posing next to each other back-to-back. From behind the curtains come Meiko and Junko, Team PRD. The two are met with applause as the spotlight now shines directly over the both of them. Both girls are carrying a microphone. As they walk down, spotlight ever following them, Junko begins singing along to the words to their entrance music while Meiko acts as both a backup vocalist and the hype girl, clapping in time to the music and energetically getting the crowd to clap and dance along with the music. Once they enter the ring, they look towards each other and then towards the crowd and do a short spin dance move, ending in the same back-to-back pose from the silhouette as the lights come up.

Notes (Up to 3):
Below is the PRD bio:
Team PRD has meant different things over the years, but it initially stood for "PRD" and was pronounced like "Pretty", albeit with some loose pronunciation rules. PRD was the pet project of Meiko and Junko, friends from childhood who shared similar-ish names and a mutual adoration of pop idols, to the point where they wanted to be just like their favorites. While PRD never took off, they had their moment in the sun and were forced to disband, thanks mostly to Meiko moving away. Circumstances brought both women back together where they re-branded the PRD name to stand for "PuroResu Duo". Either way, the PRD name stuck based solely on them wanting it to stick. The new PRD worked a small time in Japan to get more hands-on experience and to make PRD a famous name again. With the PRD name meaning little in Japan and even less overseas, PRD aims for a new sort of idol idolization: the love of wrestling fans.
Neither June nor May quite remember who came up with the idea to become idols first, but what they do remember is that they were practically inseparable in their youth. It helped that they were from the same neighborhood and had names just made for cute nicknames between them. Despite their initial dreams to being idols in the musical sense, they have since decided to bring their brand of idol to the world of wrestling. It was May who came up with the idea and got them started, first as a 'special guest' at a small show in Tokyo that turned into a brief stint.
Local celebrities who dare to dream to become more than just a flash in the pan, they both have a passion for the sport though it is far stronger in Mayi. June's passion is more towards the fame side of things, though she remains blissfully unaware of the uphill battle she's in for.
Despite the Harajuku references in their repertoire, only June can actually claim to be from Harajuku, having spent a lot of her youth there trying to get in the popular FRUiTS magazine. May moved out of Japan in her teens due to her father's job, but once she graduated high school she returned to Japan and attempted to reunite with June. Their reunion eventually happened and their common goal was altered to the current course they remain on.
PRD did manage to find success internationally when they signed with Girl Power Wrestling where they became known as being 'Undefeated in the Ring, Undefeated in Kawaii' up until their first defeat. Unfortunately, the popularity PRD had going came crashing down due to the one thing that idols wish to avoid at all costs: a scandal. May was photographed hugging and entering the home of an older man which set rumors and accusations flying. That Meiko was just getting extra gutiar lessons from her old teacher didn't matter. In the eyes of the PRD Faithful (as they call themselves), this was unforgivable. It was then Junko who wound up taking the heat from Meiko by outing herself in a press conference. While this news took the heat away from May it wound up causing controversy - that an idol in Japan could be anything other than the ideal image of the ideal...idol was unheard of.
With their stint in GPW ending as well as their controversy, PRD is back at the lowest rung of the idol world. As such the best friends have decided to put forth their greatest effort in winning back the love and support of the fans. Now armed with a new purpose, a new publicist-slash-manager-slash-third member, PRD is back to show the world that they are...PRD GOOD!
And if they manage to sell a few albums along the way...that works too. They are, after all, idols first and foremost.
