Well, here I am. Tokyo, Japan. About a million miles from home. Or Malibu. Or Europe. Or anywhere else I've ever been. It's totally scary. But also totally exciting!
I guess this is how other kids feel when they go away to college. Suddenly, I can do whatever, go wherever, be whoever, and there's nobody there to judge me, or tell me what to do. It's awesome! I keep expecting Mom to tell me off for staying up late or whatever, but Mom isn't even here – she's back in Michigan. She probably doesn't even know I'm awake at 3am.
(I can never go to sleep at night. Stupid timezones!)
It's not awesome all the time, though. It was actually kind of lonely in the beginning, until Candi got here. I tried saying hi to the other girls at Seishin, but they were kind of like...well, not rude, but they kind of ignored me? I guess it's 'cause I'm a gaijin, a foreigner. Like, they all have dark hair, and I'm like blonde and stuff. I kind of stand out...
But anyway, then Candi got here, and we had a totally awesome Sleepover Reunion, and then she signed up for Seishin, and now the Sleepover Club's going to be wrestling in Japan! YAY! I'm totally super happy that my bestie is here, and I don't even mind that she's living with Domino and not me.
(Okay, maybe I mind a little.)
One thing that kind of sucks is that Candi got here too late to sign up for the first card, so I'm gonna have to wait two weeks to hang with my bestie in the ring. But even though Candi isn't gonna be in the first Seishin card, I am. I'm having a singles match against a lady called Shihai Megami (totally just had to check that, btw.) I heard this lady was like, Miss Universe or whatever, and I can totes see why – she's super pretty. Like, SUPER pretty. Like, 'I wish I was as pretty as her' pretty. She's not real nice, though – she was one of the girls who wouldn't talk to me and stuff. But I guess when you're Miss Universe and everybody wants to talk to you all the time, you get like that...
Anyway, I don't even know if this lady has wrestled before, so I guess it's good that we're facing each other – 'cause I'm kind of a rookie, and she's kind of a rookie, so neither of us is like, way better than the other, and it's even. Unless she's one of those people who likes to cheat, like Miss Taylor back in GPW. I hope she isn't, 'cause I'm really excited for my first-ever match outside of GPW!
Speaking of which, I gotta catch some 'z's', or I'm gonna be totally tired in the morning! Catch you later, guys!
