“I hear that Seishin loves their girls pretty. At the end of my time here, I might be the prettiest girl standing. I have intentions here in Japan. I didn’t make that long trip from my comfortable home to get my ass kicked. I came here to kick ass and chew bubblegum. Luckily for the people in this match, I got a few sticks left.”
“That means no one is leaving in a body bag. I know everyone in the audience would hate me if I did that. I know everyone’s obsessed with honor here. You think I’m going to conform to what you all want and lose because of it? Screw that noise. I’m a winner first, a pandering arse never.”
“How are you going to feel when a loudmouth gaijin takes your belts over your precious homegrown stars? It starts here, baby. Seishin #3 ends with Kaya Lovelace holding up her new trophy.”
“Up and over the rope; it seems easy enough. I think I’m a relatively strong girl. I think I’m forceful. I’m threatening. I think I’m a clean cut to win this. Like a GOOD wrestler, I took a look at the other competitors. Some of them look like they have the wherewithal to be someone one day, but they lack the experience. More importantly, they lack the edge that I have.”
“The others? I can see why Seishin brought them in. Not because of their wrestling ability, they brought them in because they could sell money off their looks. As bad as that is, I can respect that. Just don’t put them before me, thinking I won’t beat them. Just for you all, I’ll try not to break your faces just yet. I’ll build up to that. I’ll just knock them senseless and throw them out.”
“Candi? Poor girl doesn’t probably doesn’t know what’s left from right. She’s not even the worst one in this match! I think that twerking idiot, Molly Cyrus, is.”
She murmurs something obscene about Molly to herself.
“Let me tell you about the best, though. Obviously, I’m going to win. I’m ready to hit the ground running. I want a shiny trophy on my mantle. Let me be politically correct. Yamada Michiko wants it too. She’s a valid threat to my goal; I’m one to hers. You’d expect me to throw her out last, right? It’d make for a more beautiful ending.”
“If you think that, you REALLY are an idiot. Why leave the most dangerous until the end?”
“Let me talk to you for a minute, Yamada. We think the same way. We don’t care for the glitz and glamour of Seishin and all the joshi here. We want to win. You’re probably thinking the same thing I’m thinking. You should try to throw me out first. I wouldn’t be offended if you did. Because if you don’t watch your back, I’m going to throw you out.”
“Just like I’m going to do to everyone else. Simple as that.”
